What we expect

  • high education (Mathematic preferable)
  • English Language (upper intermediate)
  • excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills
  • practical experience in Project Management in International Consulting Companies on a position of Project Manager min 1,5 year or 3 year as project expert
  • leading of real project (in bank or telecom industry)
  • re-engineering/engineering of Operational Processes related with Sales and Service Areas, Customer Experience, Design and re-design of S*S standards, development and launch of finance products, design and launch of Customer IT solutions (CRM, CCH, NPS ) Customer Experience
  • be deeply friendly with all types of BI and Marketing Research tools
  • practical experience on forming and managing of working groups from cross-department
  • practical experience with administration, business using of Customer Relations Software (CRM, NPS etc) experience with Big Data Collection, Analysis and Interpretation Energetic and detail oriented NPS EXPERT

What you will do

  • to be business owner of NPS platform (maintain, admin, use, distribute the accesses, control of business users actions)
  • responsible for NPS Surveys Rules and Applied Methodology
  • responsible for defining channels for Survey
  • responsible for proper collection NPS data
  • responsible for timely conducting callbacks Responsible for timely control of dashboards preparation and distribution
  • responsible for timely preparation Row Data for Pain Points Analysis
  • prepare all Manuals and Guidance how to work with NPS Platform Together with Coprorate University Teach and Educate staff how to work with NPS Platform
